SunSITE Denmark is the main distribution site for both the Linux/m68k and Linux/APUS kernels (no, it's not a coincidence: both Jes and I studied at Aalborg University). There's lots of other good stuff there, and it's well worth a visit. You can access it by both HTTP and FTP (using the same hostname and paths).
You can find Linux/m68k related stuff (including the Linux/m68k FAQ) in the directory sunsite.auc.dk/ftp/local/os/linux/680x0/.
The Linux/APUS directory is sunsite.auc.dk/ftp/projects/apus/. This directory contains the following (and possibly more; have a look around):
DEB-APUS
Directory with Debian packages recompiled especially for Linux/APUS. I need your help to get it filled with good stuff!
RPM-APUS
Directory with RedHat packages recompiled especially for Linux/APUS. I need your help to get it filled with good stuff!
boothack
Directory with the special version of amiboot required to boot a Linux/APUS kernel.
contrib

Directory where you can upload contributions [1].

The Linux/APUS kernel mailing list is also hosted by SunSITE Denmark. Send for help at linux-apus-help@sunsite.auc.dk. The list is also available via NTTP from sunsite.auc.dk (look for sunsite.linux.apus). Please read the section called Etiquette in Chapter 8 before posting to this list.
The apus directory at SunSITE Denmark is mirrored a few places thanks to the people mentioned in parenthesis:
Poland (FTP): snickers.ek.univ.gda.pl/pub/apus (Bartek Kozakiewicz)
Italy (FTP): ftp.unina.it (Massimo Gais)
If you have the space (and time?) to make a mirror of either the apus directory at SunSITE Denmark or make an archive of the Linux/APUS kernel mailing list, please let me know. SunSITE Denmark is close and convenient to use for me, but that may not be so for others.

Also, please make sure to notify me when an archive becomes obsolete so it can be deleted. |
